This production line is a high-capacity upgraded core equipment for shoe material toe puff manufacturing. 1. Ultra-High Production Efficiency, Doubling Output
The 75 parallel twin-screw adopts a cross-type high-shear + double venting structure, with plasticization efficiency nearly doubled compared with traditional single-screw extruders. For 1mm standard thickness toe puff sheets, the hourly output can reach 450+ yards (about 412 meters/hour), with daily mass production exceeding 10,000 meters, far higher than conventional models, easily meeting large-batch order demands.

2. Precise Plasticization, Stable Quality
With customized screw compression ratio and mixing mechanism for TPU, combined with melt rheology analysis optimized design, it achieves full plasticization uniformity. The produced toe puff sheets have a thickness tolerance within ±0.05mm, free from glue shortage and bubbles, with strong shaping force, excellent elastic recovery and outstanding adhesion, suitable for high-end shoe material needs such as high-grade women's shoes, sports shoes and casual shoes.

The twin-screw features high transmission efficiency, with energy consumption per unit output reduced by more than 15% compared with traditional models. Core components such as screws, barrels and casting dies are all made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, treated with nitriding + surface alloy spraying, which are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. They are suitable for processing TPU low-temperature hot melt adhesive at 120-160℃, avoiding material degradation, extending equipment service life and reducing downtime for maintenance.
u Adopting casting die with melt rheology analysis technology, combined with CAD/CAM/CAE high-precision processing, the lip is precisely adjustable, supporting free switching of thickness from 0.3-2.0mm and width from 670-1400mm. The 3D adjustable design allows quick product changeover without cumbersome debugging, completing specification switching in a few minutes.
u Standard-equipped with hydraulic quick screen changer, with humanized operation, enabling non-stop screen changing, avoiding production interruption caused by screen changing and ensuring 24-hour continuous and stable operation of the production line.
uThe main machine roller adopts internal spiral cooling structure, with fast cooling speed, enabling rapid forming of toe puff sheets with flat surface and no warping. The roller gap is easily adjustable, adapting to shaping needs of sheets with different thicknesses.
u Constant-tension servo traction + intelligent winding/cutting system ensures neat winding without deviation, supporting two discharging methods: fixed-length cutting and roll packaging, adapting to different packaging and usage needs of shoe material factories without manual intervention throughout the process.

A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
